Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for Template Signal digital products, including access issues, duplicate purchases, and product errors.
Digital Product Purchases
Template Signal sells digital products. Because digital files and template access can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.
When We Can Help
Contact support if something is wrong with your order. We will review requests involving:
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
- Broken delivery links or missing files that we cannot resolve.
- A materially incorrect product description on the purchase page.
- Technical access issues reported within 14 days of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, lack of Canva familiarity, preference changes, failure to read the product description, or attempts to use the templates outside the stated format.
How to Request Review
Email support@templatesignal.com with your order email, order number if available, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
We may ask for screenshots or additional details so we can verify and resolve the problem.
